CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Event: • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit if the date is rebooked. If the date is not rebooked, the deposit will be kept due to potential loss of business due to reserving your date. Cancellations 14–29 Days Before the Event: • Cancellations made within 14–29 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit or payments made. Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before the Event: • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, and the full balance of the contract will be due. Rescheduling: • If the event is rescheduled, we will apply any payments made toward the new date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Cancellation by Endearing Events: • In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, and we will make every effort to help find a replacement service.
